Around the local area of Perthshire, there are so many visitor attractions on offer. You have Scone Place, which is located in Perth. Here you will find so much history and is where Past Kings of Scotland "were crowned", and Stone of Scone is located. There is also the small Scottish whisky distillery close by. This is called the Edradour Distillery and is situated in Pitlochry. You also have the Famous Grouse Experience in Crieff where you will find Scotland's oldest distillery. If you take a tour of this distillery, you will also receive free tasting.
But one of the most famous attractions must be the Caithness Glass Visitor centre. Here you will see how they make their paperweights and is well worth a visit. There is also a great gift shop where you can buy the paperweight that you have just seen being made.
