Balquhidder Braes Holiday Park is a small friendly caravan park situated in the Perthshire area of Scotland, the Gateway to the Highlands. The park is set in amazing countryside with views over the surrounding area being called Rob Roy country.

The caravans that they have on this site are the 2006 model. You will find these caravans very spacious and they features 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a very open plan living area and this area also has fold down beds creating more slepping areas if they are required. The kitchen area as you would expect is very modern with a full size gas cooker. The caravan of course is centrally heated and every window is double glazed. There are some extra feature would would expect is 'todays' caravan and two of these are TV and DVD player. Other features on the site are Internet access, heated toilet with the usual free shower, access to the phone network and a laundry room with washer and drier.
There are also two areas on this campsite where you can put up your tents. They are 600 metres away from the toilet block and you are also to light your own fires, but these must in the certain areas of the site.
From Balquihidder Braes Holiday Park you are only 80 minutes from the major cities in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth) and with Callander and Killin on your doorstep there is plenty of areas that you can get to easily. Locally there is all the major water sports available and of course walking, fishing, golfing and just touring the local area.
